Product Description
Professional Teeth Retainer - Made of a hard, crystal clear medical grade acrylic (like invisalign). Very comfortable and slim fitting for day and or night use (Average Lifespan: 10+ Years) Note: Buyer must indicate whether they are requesting an upper or a lower teeth retainer.
Buyer will receive a custom teeth retainer mold kit (including comprehensive instructions) via regular mail and one prepaid (U.S. only) & pre-addressed mailer (if outside of U.S. buyer is responsible for return postage to lab). Within 10 days of the lab's receipt of the mold, the lab will directly mail one (1) upper or lower custom fabricated Teeth Retainer and one (1) carrying/storage case.
